votequorum_set_qdevice_extra_info - Set the current extra_info for this node, should only be used by the qdevice.

The votequorum_set_qdevice_extra_info is used to set the extra_info stored by votequorum for the node on which the call is made. It is intended only for use by the currently active qdevice. The extra_info should start with 4 bytes of magic to identify the type of qdevice and format of the data. The data can be up to 4096 bytes, including the magic.
This call returns the CS_OK value if successful, otherwise an error is returned.
