The votequorum_get_qdevice_extra_info is used to get the extra_info stored by votequorum for the node with the specified id. The buffer should be of size VOTEQUORUM_QDEVICE_EXTRA_NODEINFO_MAXSIZE
This call returns the CS_OK value if successful, otherwise an error is returned.
